Every order is delivered. One charge covers the whole basket, your postcode sets it, and you see it before you pay.

Choose from the open days on the calendar at checkout. The day is booked when you pay.

Left at the kerb or the nearest suitable point we can reach with the vehicle.
Getting the delivery right
Long timber comes on a big vehicle, so tell us about anything that affects where it can stop: a narrow lane, a weight limit, a tight turn, a gravel drive or a shared back lane. There's a box for driver notes at checkout.
Lengths of 3m and over need a clear stretch of kerb or drive to unload. If you're ordering for a site, say where the timber should go and who to look out for.
If we can't deliver because of an access problem we weren't told about, we'll contact you to sort out another option. Any extra cost is explained to you before it's charged.

Count the pieces against your confirmation and email us that day if anything is wrong.
Ordering in time
Order by 2pm the working day before your delivery at the latest, but order as far ahead as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.

Questions
Do I need to be in?
No, as long as there's somewhere suitable and accessible at the kerb for us to leave it. Add any notes for the driver at checkout.
Can you carry it round the back?
No. Timber is left at the kerb or the closest suitable point we can reach. It isn't carried through houses, along side passages or into back gardens.
Can I pick a time?
You choose the day, not a time slot. We'll let you know when your order is on its way and once it's delivered.
How late can I order?
Order by 2pm the working day before at the latest, but order as far ahead as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.
Do you deliver to my area?
Enter your postcode in the basket. If we deliver there, you'll see the charge straight away.
Ready to price your job?
Fill the basket, check the delivered total, then pay by card. Minimum order £200.00 of timber.
